Your Credit / Debit Card payment is NOT processed until your entire order is complete and ready for dispatch.
The goods will not be dispatched until the customer's funds that have been paid to PresentCompany.com have cleared in full.

All postage costs shown are for per Order, which means you can have any amount of items sent to the same address at the same time in one order and still only pay from �2.99!
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error, and as such reserve the right to decline orders where appropriate.
Goods Out of Stock
In the unlikely event that PresentCompany.com for whatever reason are unable to supply your purchase(s) then you will be notified by email or telephone as soon as reasonably possible (24 hours maximum) and a full refund of cost of item (s) including postage costs actually paid will be made to you within 24 hours.
Non Delivery & Damaged Items
Every item is individually checked by a human before being packed and dispatched.
All claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt and in the case of non-delivery within 10 days of notification of being charged. To assist in maintaining our customer goodwill we request that any queries concerning items that are damaged or missing should be brought to our attention as soon as is practicable.
Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no quibble guarantee.
We will gladly and promptly refund the total cost and postage for any item that you return to us for any reason whatsoever, provided it is returned in the same condition that is was received.
You can return unwanted goods within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will refund you the price paid for the goods plus the original delivery cost you paid. You are responsible for return postage cost.
We mainly use Parcel2Go to deliver our orders and recommend that you do the same to return your order to us. They provide a collect service or Drop Off point at many stores across the UK, most stores are open 7 days a week until late. Please click the Parcel2Go link to find out more.
You are not obliged to use Parcel2Go however we recommend using a postal service that provides proof of delivery and has compensation insurance for lost or damaged goods as returns are NOT our responsibility until they arrive back to us.
If you cannot locate a Parcel2Go within a reasonable distance from your home or work location then we suggest that you use an alternative courier that provides proof of postage & delivery and suitable compensation for your parcel in the event of loss of damage occurring in transit back to Present Company.
If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you, or charge you a re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the item.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Disposal
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
Alternatively If you have an old electrical or electronic product that has reached the end of its life you can deposit it free of charge for segregation and recycling at Civil Amenity Sites which are registered as DCF.
The Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations became law in the United Kingdom in May 2009. The aim of the Regulations is to reduce the impact that waste batteries are having on the environment.
All batteries and their packaging are now marked with a "crossed-out wheeled bin" symbol to highlight that they should be recycled and not be thrown away with household waste.
A network of dedicated battery collection points has been set up to offer consumers??? easy access to recycling boxes where they can take their waste batteries to ensure they will be collected and recycled appropriately.
