Delivery
We currently deliver to UK postcode addresses only.
We also deliver to Northern Ireland, remote areas and the Scottish Islands at the same prices as UK mainland deliveries, although these locations may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.

Same Day Dispatch
Orders received by 4pm Monday-Friday are normally dispatched the same day.
Orders received by 10.30am on Saturday are also normally dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 10.30am on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday, or Tuesday following a Bank Holiday.
We primarily use Royal Mail and trusted courier services. During exceptionally busy periods or postal disruption, we may use an alternative delivery service to avoid unnecessary delays.
Special Delivery
Order by 4pm Monday-Thursday for next-day Special Delivery.
Friday Special Delivery orders may arrive on Saturday depending on location, or by 1pm the following Monday.
Saturday Special Delivery orders are generally delivered by 1pm the following Tuesday.
Bank Holidays may affect delivery times.

We also offer FREE local delivery within Thanet.
Select the local delivery option at checkout where available.
Returns & Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
You may return unwanted goods within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Where applicable, products should also be returned with their original packaging, presentation box or branded packaging.
Once your return has been received, we will refund the price paid for the goods together with the original standard delivery charge where applicable.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Secure Payments
All card and PayPal transactions will appear on your bank statement as Present Company.
Your payment information is processed securely.
We do not store your full credit or debit card details and do not have access to your card information.
Keeping You Informed
Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received.
We will send another email when your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam or junk folder.
If there is a problem or question regarding your order, we may need to contact you by telephone or text message.
If you would prefer us not to call or text, please mention this in the Order Notes box during checkout.
Simple Online Shopping
You do not need to create an account to shop with us.
We do not require you to subscribe to marketing emails, and we believe online shopping should be quick, straightforward and easy.
We keep emails to the minimum needed to process your order and keep you informed about its progress.
No complicated checkout. No unnecessary questions. Just simple online shopping.
Product Images & Descriptions
We take great care to describe and present our products as accurately as possible.
Most product photographs show the actual item being offered for sale. From time to time, we may also use digitally created, enhanced or AI-assisted lifestyle imagery to show how a product may look in a styled setting or to improve the presentation of an original product photograph.
Where digitally created or enhanced imagery is used, it is intended for illustrative and presentation purposes only. We always aim to ensure that the product itself is represented as accurately as possible.
Please be aware that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting and the natural materials used in a product.
